I am not able to eat gluten products and found a rice cracker for 7.7cal each. They are made from rice flour and safflower oil. 4 crackers are about 30 cal. I have loss 12 lb. in 21 days
I ate one melba toast 2 times a day to stat and then ordered soem grissini and have had one stick with each meal. I am continung to lose .5-1 lb a day so I am happy with using it...
