confused
Friday 16th will be 21 days of the hcg shots, am I to continue the next two days on the 500 cal diet with no shots or do I continue the shots as well.and begin phase 3 on the 19th Oct, I read in someones blog that they skipped a shot once a week? I had no information about the skipping once a week. Thanks to whomever can help me,
