Hello,
I have a question. I will be starting phase 3 of the Simeon's Weight Loss Protocol in five days. I will have done the phase 2 for 34 days. I have to stop after 34 days because I have things coming up that I have to be able to attend. I am on day 29 now and I am down from 220 to 195.8 lbs. I am wondering. On phase 3 what are you allowed to eat? Can you eat salads, vegetables, and fruit in any quantity? You can eat meat and cheese and eggs, and milk and dairy....is this correct? I am wondering, if I make my own salad dressing(that will not contain sugar) this is fine, right? Also, can you drink beer on phase 3 or is this a no-no till phase 4? Let me know, and any suggestions are welcome! Thanks alot!

Um, I did read this book. But all it says for Phase 3 is no sugar and no starch. It doesn't give exactly what you can eat. For instances, fruit has sugar in it. So I cannot eat fruit? Aren't some vegetables starches? I need exactly what I can eat from people who have already done the protocol. So I know things maybe to avoid.
