Does anyone have any simple mixing instructions for a 10,000 ampuole? Does it matter what dosage you're going to be taking?

Hello every one i am back on the protocal i had gain 9lbs during P4 and loading combined but now i am not day 13 of my VLCD and that 9lbs gain is long fagottin, i am already down 19.6lbs in 12 VLCD days i will keep yall up dated

I am going to start the HCG diet soon. I was wondering how/where I can find the cleanse prior to the diet. I'm very green with this whole thing(diet and forum) and would appreciate any help.

Hi Group. I just received a question from a member. She is ready to do the protocol, but she is a smoker. As far as I know you shouldn't smoke for health reasons. I want to know if you any smokers has done protocol and continue smoking.
