Can anyone please tell me more about HCG I would like to lose about 30 to 35 pounds. I have heard that the drops are not as effective for your money. So I think I would like to try the injections, can I do the injects by myself? Where is a good site to buy them? How do I mix them? what is the protocol for doing this HCG diet? I am sorry for so many questions, but I really don't know much about it.

Does anyone have any simple mixing instructions for a 10,000 ampuole? Does it matter what dosage you're going to be taking?

Hello every one i am back on the protocal i had gain 9lbs during P4 and loading combined but now i am not day 13 of my VLCD and that 9lbs gain is long fagottin, i am already down 19.6lbs in 12 VLCD days i will keep yall up dated

I am going to start the HCG diet soon. I was wondering how/where I can find the cleanse prior to the diet. I'm very green with this whole thing(diet and forum) and would appreciate any help.
