I am 47 yrs old, I put on 30 lbs, in the last 2 yrs, i have to lose this,I need to lose 25-30 lbs I have just finished my 1st week of hcg, I have lost 7 lbs, the food is ok I wonder if any one would know of a fat free sugar free, vinergrette to put on salad, or something to put on the chicken or fish or any thing to give more flavor any recipes to help , would be very welcome if any one has any to share with me i would love it!Thanyou .

Hi Brenda, I haven't seen your posts lately. How's the weight loss doing? Are you hanging in there during the Christmas season? You're probably on phase 3 by now?

Brenda, I dont usually put anything on the lettuce except salt or pepper or a juice of a lemon. I sometimes make a wrap out of the lettuce and put the chicken or veal in it. It looks like you are doing great. This morning I gained 0.5#'s. That's the second time that happened this week. I think I went over the calories by miscalculating my fruit calories yesterday. I went over by 50 or 60 calories. That's why I try to stick with the original protocol as possible.
