If you don't want to have to Mix and just shake and spray under your tongue. Go to BodySolutionsRX out of Colorado Springs, Co. Inexpensive and works wonderfully.
I used the Oral HCG for 26 days and lost 22 lbs. I'm struggling with phase III, but the Oral worked just fine.
