Hello every one i am back on the protocal i had gain 9lbs during P4 and loading combined but now i am not day 13 of my VLCD and that 9lbs gain is long fagottin, i am already down 19.6lbs in 12 VLCD days i will keep yall up dated
Hey Linda i have been p3 now for about 3 weeks and to tell u the truth keeping the weight off is no big issue i dont even think what i should eat and the weight stay off you wull do fine keeping it off it reall easy

So have you been on the program for 3 months straight or have you taken a break in between? I am going for my 1st follow-up this sat so I am soooo excited. I'm not even sure how it works if i will get to continue on my next bottle. The past few days my weightloss has slowed but I'm trying to stay motivated because I know it works. Keep in touch!
