- Hey Paula, haven't talked to you in awhile. Listen, I have a quick question. Is it true when you're doing Phase 1, 2 and 3, you're not supposed to use any oils on your skin?
If so, which ones and what are the alternatives?
Does this include moisturizer, body lotion, soap and shampoo? What about deodorant?

- Hey Paula how goes it? How are you doing? I'm doing great. I'm starting Phase 1 officially this week and guess what else? I used to be 215 and how I'm 197! For the past two months I've been changing my lifestyle and eating more and more organic as well as reading 2 of Kevin's books and walking 1 hour a day. Well I thought, it was a start anyway, but I was very happy when I got on the scale today. That's 18 pounds.
I also wanted to tell you that I put a post in the forum. It's under: lotions/oils during protocol, HCG, olive oil and mineral oil. That's the sub-headings or Tags as I think they're called.
Can you check it out if you have time.
