If you can do an Atkins like diet (proteins, veggies, NO starch/sugar of any kind), you should be able to keep cravings away. Once you put that first starchy bite into your mouth, you may be lost! Just eat for actual hunger and not a single bite more. Get some gum to keep you busy and away from all the junk your body thinks it wants LOL

- The only reason for a break at all, according to Dr. S, was because of immunity. Well, we know now that there is no such thing as immunity. I am of the opinion that those people who didn't lose well and were getting hungry, just needed a higher dose of hcg! SO, you can manipulate your schedule any way you want. I do 3 weeks on p2, then 3 weeks on p3, back and forth. It works well for me! I can do a shorter break or a longer diet if I want, or the other way around. Just look at your own calendar and decide how long you want to do each phase.
The homeopathic has hcg just like injections. Once it gets INTO your body, it is exactly the same. You need 72 hours from your last dose to make sure there is no hcg left in your system. If you begin getting hungry before the 72 hours is up, add some protein. Just go slowly!!

- LOL - I try to have the answers :-D If you skip a day the level of hcg lowers in your system. Depending on how sensitive to the level, you may not lose as well, or you may see no difference what-so-ever. By the second day in a row, you will begin to feel a difference, a little hunger, not so good losses. As for BM, I use a calcium/magnesium suppliment (1000 mg magnesium every day). Some people use Smooth Move tea. I like the chocolate flavor. But that doesn't work for me on a continual basis, that is why I use the cal/mag.

- The need to adjust when dosing with drops is the same as with injections. These days everyone is different. If you are taking 10 drops 3 times a day, you are at the low end of the scale, as with 125 IUs with injections. I would try going up to 15 drops 3 times a day.
Women lose slower than men and the AVERAGE daily loss seems to be around .6# a day. But if you paly with your dosage you might be able to bring that up higher for you. From what I've seen, too much or too little hcg seems to have the same effect: hunger and/or poor weight loss.
