- I know people who have done injections, sublingual, and homeopathic. All have been successful! Some have jumped back and forth between methods finding what works best for them, but it all works.
I am interested in your 1200 cal diet. I've been doing protein/fat with as few carbs as I can limit to, and am losing well. But if I can have 1200 instead of 700, I'm excited!!!

- Hello Sandra! Two years wow!! why did you start using it for and what are you doing now? I love bathing in H202. I put 1/2 in my bath water, beninite clay and 1 scoop of oxy-bath(which cleans the water). It makes me feel so good. The clay pulls heavy metals out of your system. When I first started doing it my bath tub was left with large amounts of heavy metals on the bottom of the tub. Not so much any more. H202 is in my life to stay.
